All-inclusive Medical Care
PACE delivers all needed preventive, primary, acute and long-term care medical care.

Interdisciplinary Team
A PACE team of physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, therapists, dietitians, van drivers and aides meets regularly to plan and deliver services.

Capitated Payment
PACE programs receive monthly fixed payments per enrollee. Medicare and Medi-Cal are responsible for most payments. Private individuals who aren't eligible for public programs pay comparable monthly fees.

Regulatory Oversight
Both the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and a state-designated department oversee PACE.
